My name is Jordan. I was born and raised in the Portland metro area. I have worked in the mental health realm for more than 15 years in various capacities. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. My clinical background includes case management, hospital social work, and mental health intake and assessment. I have a special interest in addictions, recovery, relapse prevention, and DBT related skill work.
