This approach can assist patients with developing a plan to challenge a variety of issues (ie anxiety, depression, stress, relationship conflict, sleep disturbances, diet and exercise changes, substance use, etc) and accessing the support needed in a timely manner which meets the needs better of many patients. The main therapeutic approaches she uses are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She primarily works with adults but will also see adolescents (14 and up).
She moved back to Oregon in 2022 after 11 years in Chicago but is originally from the great state of Montana. Kaitlyn lives with her partner and enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, skiing, her three cats, and appreciating culinary excellence, also known as eating out frequently.
