I am a community health worker in training who graduated from Oregon State University and has a BS in Public Health. I have lived in Salem, but I am originally from the small town Independence. As a CHW I am here to help patients and their families to navigate and access community services, other resources, and adopt healthy behaviors. I have the responsibility to establish trusting relationships with patients and their families while providing general support and encouragement.
