Sara Flores, NP - Oregon Integrated Health.

I have been a NP since 2016. I worked for a short while in my home state of Texas but then moved to Oregon in 2021 and worked for almost five years with Peacehealth in Florence. During my time there I was a PCP and worked in the local urgent care. My RN background is in Emergency Room. I spent ten years in the ER. I absolutely loved my time in Florence! The amazing community and weather has me still enchanted. Sadly due to family issues I had to move myself, my husband, our two kids ( 7 and 11) and a cat back to Texas. But I am thrilled to still be able to be apart of the community I love in Oregon from Texas!
