Allison is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience working in healthcare settings, providing behavioral health support across the lifespan—from prenatal care through end-of-life. As a Behavioral Health Consultant in a primary care environment, she partners closely with the Oregon Integrated Health team to address the emotional, behavioral, and social factors that influence overall health and well-being.

Allison brings expertise in emotional regulation, building connection, and supporting individuals navigate chronic illness, adjust to new or changing health conditions, and build problem-solving skills and resilience tools and techniques to manage many life stressors. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Therapy in collaboration with individuals to identify barriers to overcoming challenges preventing individuals from reaching goals and helps with creating action plans for desired change.

Allison is dedicated to normalizing behavioral health support within medical settings and empowering individuals to strengthen coping skills, improve functioning, and enhance quality of life at every stage. Her approach is compassionate, practical, and grounded in brief, evidence-based interventions tailored to the pace of primary care.
